Holiday Meal Boxes:  One registration enables your household to receive both a Thanksgiving and a Christmas meal box.  Must be an active client to be eligible for a holiday meal box.  Complete the form below AND email a copy of your ID (any type of photo ID – legal status not a concern) AND a current utility bill or lease (in your name) to adminasst@ngcoop.org.  Limit one holiday meal box per household – while supplies last.

Christmas Sponsorship for Children:  Sponsorships for children are reserved for active clients with a current membership.   If your child was sponsored last year, your child will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for gifts this year.  Must be an ACTIVE client with a complete file to be eligible for sponsorship.  Holiday registrations will be reviewed with other agencies to ensure there are not multiple sign ups.  Sponsorships are limited and are not a guarantee until the sponsorship is confirmed.
